WMSHC Board of Directors and Business
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation organized in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, WMSHC is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors. More information about the Board and its role in the organization can be found in our bylaws.
The 2019 WMSHC Annual Meeting was postponed from December to January due to weather. The meeting was held on January 6, 2020 at 4:45 PM at the Amherst College Alumni House, 75 Churchill St., Amherst, MA. See our slate of candidates for office here.
